The China Welfare Lottery works by using the sale of lottery tickets to help the development of social welfare during the region. Because its development in 1987, the Lottery has lifted around 537 billion yuan (about HK$617 billion) in public welfare cash by promoting tickets for well-known game titles for example Double Colour Ball and 3d Lottery.
